The S.T.O.M.P. Awareness Mat — Official Product
Top-left corner zone. High-energy zone for explosive movements and power drills. The 'fire zone' of the mat.
Top-center-right zone. Used for grounding exercises, lower body work, and as a home base for many routines.
Bottom-center-left zone. Bright visual target for reaction drills and directional changes.
Bottom-right corner zone. Used for lateral movement targets, side shuffles, and as a destination point for agility drills.
Dead center of the mat. The primary alignment point. Start position for most exercises. All movements radiate from here.
Yellow dots in each corner section. Position markers for the Five-Dot Protocol. Used for hop patterns and foot placement.
Red dots along the crosshair and diagonal target lines. Used for precision foot placement and alignment drills.
